ROLE OVERVIEW
The sales enablement function provides sales leaders reps and partners with the learning materials, content, delivery, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales team and broader service line leaders, the sales enablement manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven training assets for upskilling sales team, education partner sales team and transforming the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these enablement offerings and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with sales leadership and service lines business owners to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
- Sales enablement will support the entire Kroll Cyber offering, including Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Professional Services (proactive and reactive), and Breach Notification
- Liaise and work closely with third party training providers to provide optimum user experience for all educational programs
- Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
- Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
- Build a trusted relationship with sales reps and deliver training modules
- Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing product and service line teams
- Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
- Work with the channel team to develop training assets, education paths and delivery of sales training courses
- Coordinate and produce educational content for ongoing training
- Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
- Maintain sales enablement software and platforms to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training platforms
- Experience with content management and learning management systems
- Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Partner channel experience would be beneficial
- Fast learner
The current salary range for this position is $90,000 to $200,000
