**Position Overview:**


We are looking for a **Propulsion** **Engineer** to be based in **Jakarta, Indonesia** as part of the **Boeing Global Support Center** . The Propulsion Engineer will consult and provide guidance to industry partners on propulsion engineering topics to advance safety, increase reliability and promote efficiency. The Propulsion Engineer will develop technical content to deliver training, workshops and hold technical symposiums to support Boeing products, services and initiatives. The Propulsion Engineer should be a self-starter and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.


**Job Responsibilities:**


+ Support and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver technical content to industry partners via workshops, symposiums and training sessions.

+ Consult customers and industry partners on solving or facilitating resolution of their technical and operational challenges.

+ Lead and manage special projects and initiatives in a wide range of technical topics. Includes the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders across diverse internal and external geographically diverse teams (United States and Asia).

+ The Propulsion Engineer should be able to hold conversations with industry executive management and senior level leadership to address questions and concerns in an accurate and confident manner.


**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills):**


+ Bachelor of Engineering Degree

+ 8 years Airline/Applicable Experience (Bachelor degree) or 5 years Airline/Applicable Experience (Master degree) with a minimum of 3 years in Propulsion Engineering management position

+ Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

+ In-depth Airline Propulsion Engineering knowledge

+ Present relevant training to customers both in Bahasa and English.

+ 4-year engineering degree


**Work Authorization:**


+ Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

+ Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country/ region where the position is located. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not on Boeing US-based payroll.


**Relocation:**


+ This position offer one time relocation based on candidate eligibility.
